- October Fundraising Event a Great Success!
On October 16th, a special benefit was held for the Mother Bottego House at the Red Lion Inn. In addition to the Italian spagetti dinner, an outstanding show was put on by Kevin Lowney, local irish comedian, and the angelic voices of The Serephim singing trio. The benefit was a huge success grossing about $3000.00 and raising more than $1100.00 for the Mother Bottego House. The money has already been used to purchase new energy efficient windows for the historical home.
- Urban Revitalization Agency Grant Awarded!
In August, the Mother Bottego House was awarded a $20,000 matching grant from the Butte Silver-Bow County URA. These funds will be used for historical restoration and improvements including: painting, fencing, landscaping, lighting, and windows.
